Handicap

Why this issue ? My son Christian (Down-Syndrome) brought me to the work in the field of handicap.

Until the end of 2014 I worked 24 years as Manager for the in the beginning of 1991 founded Organization of the SELAM-Lebenshilfe gGmbH in Oldenburg.
Then I worked in the second row until my retirement in 2020.
